We can provide a simple paper-to-CAD conversion of your plans.  Or, we can coordinate the entire process from the preliminary or conceptual phase all the way through Construction Administration.  Just give us your sketches and we will work with you to generate all necessary drawings.

 Drafting Services.

We can convert hard-copy/scanned-images to CAD files.  Give us your CAD files and a set of redlines and we will update the files or convert them to pdf or tif files, as necessary.

As-Builts.

We can measure your existing home/building and generate “as-built,” or “as-found” drawings.  Or, give us your CAD files and the redline set generated during construction and we will modify the files to represent the as-built conditions.

Color Renderings.    

We can help you generate computer sketches and 3D renderings, color floor plans or elevations and walk-throughs.

Schematic Design and

Design Development.

From drafting, to full project processing, our experience in a wide variety of projects have given us a complete understanding of Construction Codes and Municipality processes.

Project Coordination.

As project managers we can coordinate all the various disciplines involved and generate a complete set of drawings ready for submittal.  We can also coordinate the submittal / review process with the municipality, staying in contact with reviewers and attending to meetings as needed.

Construction Documents.

Our experience allows us to generate a complete set of drawings with limited Owner involvement.  This thoughtful approach will allow you to spend your time on the “Big Picture,” and not worry about the documentation.

Construction Administration.

We can review shop drawings, generate Sketch drawings, attend on site progress or pay draw meetings on your behalf.
